At Breton ND Testing, we utilize a Safety Management System (SMS), that exceeds the requirements of Alberta's Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulation, and Code. We are committed to continuous improvement; implementing various programs that allow us to monitor the effectiveness of our SMS while educating our employees. As a result, we are protecting the environment, the public, and our respective clients.

Breton ND Testing's Behaviour Based Observation (BBO) program is just one of the ways in which we monitor the efficiency of our program - it also allows us to better bridge the gap between the field and operations. Participation in the BBO program is a requirement for all Breton ND Testing employees, however, we do offer incentives to employees who put ample effort into the program to achieve optimal results.

Breton ND Testing believes in having all necessary information available to employees at all times, therefor our crews have access to the entire SMS program, MSDS, and other Health and Safety related information online from Breton ND Testing vehicles.
